Honduran Girls

While in a very remote part of Honduras we visited a village called Santa Fe with a population of about 30. These girls were standing inside the door of their bathroom sized home. One thing that stood out to me more than anything was how happy and clean theses girls were even though they are some of the most impoverished people in the world.

Night Field

This image was actually taken at night during a lightning storm. The long exposure along with the light from the storm created an odd vibrance for a image captured during the night. This image was taken outside of Kennewick, Washington on one of the Edward’s dry wheat fields.

Bridge Fog

This image is of the Cable Bridge on the Kennewick, Washington side. In Kennewick, Washington very near the banks of the Columbia River I came across what seemed to be an old town site. Noting of it remained other than some old concrete foundations and what was left of a few old streets. While facing near NW I captured this image of the beautiful golden grass. After spending an evening driving around Richland, Washington trying to find a good location to take some good night shots I decided to set down my Canon 30D here. Decided to take a gander with my 30D out into the back yard today. Snapped a few of the siding on my house. This image is a part of the corner woodwork. Cards

While sitting on my couch playing cards with my girlfriend I grabbed my camera and snapped a few shots of the cards. After capturing a few from each angle I chose this one as the best. It’s angle gives it an almost macro look and the added contrast brings out the one line of focus visible in the center of the cards.
